Registrierung und Stornierung

Eine Registrierung ist ausschließlich online über die GLTA Tournamentwebseite möglich.

Eine kostenlose Abmeldung/Stornierung ist bis 17.11.2023 um 23:59 Uhr möglich. Eine spätere Stornierung der Registrierung und Erstattung der Turniergebühren ist ausgeschlossen, da alle dem Turnier entstehenden Kosten bis dahin geleistet sein müssen.

 

 

Turnierregeln

  • Melde dich spätestens 30 min vor jedem Matchbeginn am Turniertisch.
  • Die Einspielzeit beträgt 5 Minuten.
  • Alle Einzel- und Doppelmatches werden auf
    zwei Gewinnsätze mit Tiebreak bei 6-6 gespielt.
  • Der dritte Satz wird als Championship-Tiebreak gespielt.
  • Consolation-Matches werden als Ein-Satz-Match bis 8 gespielt, mit einem Tiebreak bei 8-8.
  • Bitte trage dich für die Consolation-Runde direkt nach dem Match am Turniertisch ein.

 

Dieses Turnier findet in Übereinstimmung mit den Regeln der Gay & Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA) und der International Tennis Federation (ITF) statt. 

 

Verspätete Ankunft

Verspätete Ankunft wird entsprechend den GLTA Regeln sanktioniert werden. Es liegt daher in der Verantwortung der Spieler die Anfahrt zur Sportstätte mit entsprechender Zeitreserve zu planen. 

  • Bis zu 5 Minuten: Verlust der Wahl und eines Spiels
  • 5 bis 10 Minuten: Verlust der Wahl und zwei Spiele
  • 10 bis 15 Minuten: Verlust der Wahl und drei Spiele
  • Mehr als 15 Minuten: Verlust des Matches

 

Bälle und Plätze

  • Alle Tennisbälle werden für maximal 3 Matches verwendet. Neue Bälle werden auch für alle Finalmatches gestellt. 

 

Consolation-Runde

  • Die Consolation-Runde ist für alle Spieler offen, die ihr erstes Einzelmatch verloren haben. 
  • Wenn du an der Consolation-Runde teilnehmen möchtest, melde dich bitte direkt nach dem Match am Turniertisch. 
  • Spieler, die sich nicht für die Consolation-Runde eintragen, können nicht daran teilnehmen!

 

Kleidung und Schuhe

  • Auf den Plätzen ist angemessene Tenniskleidung erforderlich.  
  • Für alle Matches sind Teppich-Hallenschuhe zwingend erforderlich. Ohne profillose Teppich-Hallenschuhe kann keine Spielgenehmigung erteilt werden.
    Wird eine Spielgenehmigung verweigert, ist eine Erstattung/Entschädigung ausgeschlossen.

Do’s and Dont’s 

  • Betritt den Platz immer durch den jeweiligen angemessenen Eingang. Vermeide es, andere Matches zu stören. 
  • Vermeide unsportliches Verhalten und das Stören anderer Spieler.
  • Frage keine Zuschauer danach, ob Bälle im Aus waren oder nicht.
  • Warte bis der Ballwechsel auf einem anderen Platz abgeschlossen ist bevor du Bälle von dort wiederholst bzw. dorthin zurückgibst.

 

Unvorhergesehene Verspätung

Im Fall einer unvorhergesehenen Verspätung kann die Turnierorganisation eine oder mehrere der folgenden Optionen veranlassen:

  • Die Sätze werden auf 4 Spiele verkürzt mit zwei Spielen Abstand und einem Tiebreak bei 4-4.
  • Einführung von Sudden Death bei Einstand. Der Rückspieler entscheidet auf welcher Seite er returnieren möchte. 
  • Einführung der "No Ad" Regel (Bei Einstand entscheidet der nächste Punkt)

Die Turnierleitung entscheidet welche Option gespielt wird. Dies wird vor einem Match angekündigt. 

 

Essen und Trinken

In der Halle sind nur farblose Getränke in den vom Turnier zur Verfügung gestellten Flaschen erlaubt. Jeglicher Verzehr von Speisen ist untersagt. 

  

Haftungsausschluss 

Alle Teilnehmenden nehmen am Turnier auf eigene Gefahr und eigenes Risiko teil. Sie bestätigen, ausreichenden Versicherungsschutz (private Haftpflicht und Krankenversicherung) zu besitzen.

Registration and Cancellation

 

Registration is only possible online via the GLTA Tournament website.

 

A free deregistration/cancellation is possible until 17.11.2023 at 11:59 pm. A later cancellation of the registration and refund of the tournament fees is excluded, as all costs incurred by the tournament must have been paid by then.


Tournament rules

  • Report to the tournament desk 30 minutes prior to each match.
  • 5 minutes warm up only.
  • All singles and doubles matches will be the best of 3 sets with a tiebreak at 6–6.
  • The third set will be played as a champions tiebreak.
  • Consolation matches are to be played as 8 game pro sets, with a tiebreak at 8–8.
  • Please sign up for consolation rounds at the tournament desk right after your match.

This tournament will be played in accordance with the rules of the Gay & Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA) and the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

 

Late arrival

Late arrivals will incur a penalty in accordance with the GLTA rules. Therefore it is your responsibility to arrange transportation, get directions if necessary and leave yourself sufficient time to get to the venue.

  • Up to 5 minutes: loss of toss and 1 game
  • 5 to 10 minutes means: loss of toss and 2 games
  • 10 to 15 minutes: loss of toss and 3 games
  • More than 15 minutes: defaulten.

 

Balls and courts

  • All Tennis balls will be used for a maximum of 3 matches. New balls will also be provided for each final.
  • After each match balls must be returned to the tournament desk.
  • For singles always use the single posts.

 

Consolation rounds

  • Consolation rounds are open to all players who lost the first match in the singles events.
  • If you want to participate in the consolation rounds, please sign up at the tournament desk immediately after the match. 
  • Note: Players who didn’t sign up, cannot play in the consolation rounds!
  • Matches in the consolation rounds will be played as a pro-set. This is a set until 8 games with a difference of at least 2 games and a tiebreak at 8-8.

 

Attire and shoes

  • Proper tennis attire is required when on court.
  • Indoor carpet shoes are mandatory for all matches. No permission to play can be granted without indoor carpet shoes without tread. If a match permit is refused, a refund/compensation is excluded.

 

Do’s and Dont’s

  • Always enter the courts through the appropriate entrance. Avoid disturbing other matches.
  • Players shall not engage in unsporting conduct or disturb other players.
  • Do not enlist the aid of spectators in making line calls.
  • Wait until players on another court have completed a point before retrieving or returning a ball.

 

Unforeseen delay

In case of an unforeseen delay, the tournament organisation may opt for one or more of the following:

  • Sets will be shortened until 4 games with 2 games difference and a tiebreak at 4-4
  • To shorten matches playing sudden death at Deuce. The receiver chooses the side he or she wants to receive serve.
  • "No Ad" rule

The tournament organisation decides which option will be played. This will be announced prior to the match.

 

Food and drinks

Only colourless drinks in bottles provided by the tournament are allowed in the hall. Any consumption of food is prohibited.

All participants take part in the tournament at their own risk. They confirm that they have sufficient insurance cover (private liability and health insurance).
